3-Hour Express Delivery Policy
(Inside Dhaka Only)
1. Service Overview
Our 3-Hour Express Delivery service ensures fast and reliable delivery within Dhaka city. Orders are delivered within 3 hours from confirmation, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum order value: BDT 3,000
- For orders below BDT 3,000, delivery charges will be borne by the customer
- Prepaid orders only (Cash on Delivery is not available)
- Service is applicable within Dhaka city limits only
3. Order Placement Conditions
- Orders must be placed during official working hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Orders placed outside working hours will be processed on the next business day
- Customers must provide accurate contact details and a complete delivery address
4. Order Confirmation
- After placing an order, our CRM team will contact the customer for verification
- Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment and phone verification
- The 3-hour delivery timeline starts after confirmation is completed
5. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery will be completed within 3 hours from the confirmation time
- In case of unavoidable delays (traffic, weather, or operational issues), the customer will be notified in advance
6. Delivery Process
- Confirmed orders are prioritized for immediate processing
- The logistics team assigns the nearest available delivery rider to ensure faster delivery
7. Exchange & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed and dispatched
- Product exchanges are allowed only at our outlets after delivery
8. Exceptions & Limitations
The express delivery service may be unavailable due to:
- Location accessibility issues
- Adverse weather conditions
- High operational demand or capacity limitations
The company reserves the right to decline 3-Hour Express Delivery if delivery conditions are not feasible.
